These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Micky Money website and your purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website, creating a customer account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order through Micky Money.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Micky Money website, including our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, where applicable.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website
Micky Money is an online retail store offering physical consumer products to customers in India. We do not currently sell age-restricted products.
Customers may use the website in accordance with applicable law. Where applicable law requires a parent or lawful guardian to provide consent or supervise the use of an online service or purchase, the relevant requirement will apply.
By using the website or placing an order, you represent that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and current and that you have the legal capacity required to enter into the transaction.
3. Customer Accounts
A customer account is required to place an order through Micky Money.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information updated when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or information, impersonate another person, provide false information, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another customer's account.
If you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization, you should contact Micky Money as soon as reasonably possible.
Micky Money may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the website, prevent fraud or misuse, investigate suspicious activity, enforce these Terms & Conditions, or comply with applicable law.
4. Products and Product Information
Micky Money offers a range of physical consumer products, which may include beauty, personal-care, skincare, hair-care, cosmetic, electronic, home-fragrance, room-fragrance and other lifestyle products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, product images may appear slightly different from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays or other technical factors. Manufacturers may also change packaging, labels, colours, specifications or other product characteristics from time to time.
Where a product is supplied by a third-party manufacturer or brand, the manufacturer's packaging and specifications may differ from images or descriptions displayed on the website where such changes have been made by the manufacturer.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
5. Product Availability
All products displayed on the Micky Money website are subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, there may be occasions where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product specifications or remove products from the website at any time.
If we are unable to fulfil an order because a product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and, where payment has already been received, provide an appropriate refund in accordance with our refund process and applicable law.
6. Prices and Taxes
Product prices displayed on the Micky Money website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, charges and other amounts payable will be displayed during the checkout process or otherwise communicated before the completion of your purchase.
As Micky Money is operated by a GST-registered business, applicable GST may be included in the displayed price or separately identified as required by applicable tax and invoicing requirements.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes in pricing will not affect an order that has already been accepted and processed, except where cancellation is necessary due to an obvious pricing or technical error.
If a product is accidentally listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or system error, Micky Money reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid for that order.
7. Offers, Discounts and Promotional Pricing
Micky Money may from time to time offer discounts, promotional codes, special prices, limited-time offers, bundles or other promotional benefits.
Individual promotions may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods or product exclusions. Where additional terms apply, those terms will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
Micky Money reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw a promotional offer where reasonably necessary, including where an offer has been affected by an obvious technical or pricing error.
8. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Micky Money website, you are requesting to purchase the products selected by you at the applicable price and under these Terms & Conditions.
After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation to the email address or mobile number associated with your account. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.
An order may be rejected or cancelled in circumstances where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, we identify suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced, or the order otherwise cannot be fulfilled.
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our refund process and applicable law.
9. Payment
Micky Money currently accepts online payments through third-party payment service providers, including PhonePe and Cashfree.
Depending on the payment method and availability provided by the payment gateway, customers may be able to pay using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other supported online payment methods.
Cash on Delivery is not available on Micky Money.
All payments must be successfully authorized and completed before an order can be processed for dispatch.
If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be verified, we may delay processing or cancel the affected order.
Payment transactions are processed through the applicable payment service provider and may also be subject to the terms, conditions and policies of that provider and the customer's bank or financial institution.
For security reasons, Micky Money will never ask customers to provide their UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, password or similar payment authentication credentials.
10. Order Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

A cancellation request cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch process. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the standard cancellation process.
If a cancellation is successfully accepted before dispatch and payment has already been made, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures and applicable law.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Micky Money currently provides delivery within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped using Shiprocket and its associated logistics and delivery partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation conditions, operational disruptions and other circumstances that may affect the delivery network.
Any delivery estimate displayed during the shopping or checkout process is an estimated timeframe and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date unless Micky Money expressly states otherwise.
Once an order has been handed over to the applicable logistics provider, tracking information may be made available to the customer where supported.
12. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number and other information required to deliver an order.
Micky Money is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address or contact information provided by the customer, subject to applicable consumer rights.
If the delivery partner requires additional information or cooperation from the customer to complete delivery, the customer is expected to provide the necessary assistance.
13. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer refuses delivery, is repeatedly unavailable, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, does not respond to reasonable delivery attempts, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to the sender, Micky Money may treat the shipment as a returned or undelivered order.
Where an eligible refund is due, Micky Money may deduct reasonable and applicable shipping, return-to-origin or other logistics charges that have been incurred as a result of the failed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where appropriate, Micky Money may contact the customer to determine whether re-delivery is possible or to provide another reasonable resolution.
14. Returns
Micky Money provides a 7-day return window for eligible products.
A return request should be submitted within seven days from the date on which the order is delivered.
Returns are intended for situations where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where an item that was included in the order is missing.
Micky Money does not currently offer returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, no longer wants the product, or does not like the product where there is no defect, damage, incorrect delivery or other eligible issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
15. Beauty, Personal-Care and Hygiene Products
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products generally cannot be returned.
This may include cosmetics, skincare, hair-care products, personal-care products and similar products where opening or using the product may affect hygiene, safety, quality or resaleability.
If such a product is received damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer should contact us within the applicable return period and provide the information reasonably required to assess the issue.
The eligibility of a return will be determined based on the circumstances of the case and applicable law.
16. Return Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, you should contact Micky Money as soon as reasonably possible and within the applicable seven-day return period.
You may be asked to provide your order number and photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label or the issue with the product. This information allows us to verify the claim and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Customers should retain the product, original packaging, labels, accessories and other materials until the return, replacement or refund process has been completed.
Micky Money may inspect or verify a return request before approving a return, replacement or refund.
17. Return Shipping
Where Micky Money approves a return because a product was damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or missing from the order, Micky Money will bear the applicable return shipping cost through the return process arranged by us.
Customers should not independently ship a product back to us unless they have received instructions from Micky Money to do so.
Where a return request does not meet the applicable return conditions, Micky Money may reject the request and any shipping costs associated with an unauthorized return may be the responsibility of the customer.
18. Refunds
Where Micky Money approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The actual time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
Micky Money will initiate the applicable refund within a reasonable period after the refund has been approved and any required verification or return process has been completed. Once initiated, the timing of the credit to the customer's account may be outside Micky Money's direct control.
Where applicable, the refund amount may be adjusted for charges that are permitted to be deducted under these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
19. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within the applicable seven-day return period.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details or other reasonable evidence to determine what happened and to assist with the resolution.
Depending on the nature of the issue, the availability of the product and applicable law, Micky Money may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.
A product that has been damaged after delivery through misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper storage, incorrect installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions may not qualify as a product defect.
20. Electronics and Manufacturer Warranty
Some electronic products sold through Micky Money may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or warranty provided by an authorized service provider.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the warranty will generally be governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms, including its coverage period, exclusions, service procedure and eligibility requirements.
Customers may be required to provide the Micky Money invoice or other proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page or documentation, Micky Money does not provide a separate warranty beyond the warranty or consumer rights applicable to the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to customers under applicable law.
21. Product Use and Safety
Customers should read and follow all applicable instructions, warnings, usage directions and safety information provided with a product before using it.
For electronic products, customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding installation, charging, electrical connection, maintenance and safe use.
For cosmetics, skincare, hair-care and personal-care products, customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions and discontinue use if they experience an unexpected reaction or issue.
Micky Money is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, negligence, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
22. Website Content and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Micky Money website available and its information accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.
Website content may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, hosting issues, network interruptions, security incidents or other circumstances.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the website, products, features or services at any time where reasonably necessary.
23. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use the Micky Money website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer's account, introduce malicious software or harmful code, interfere with website functionality, circumvent security measures, use automated systems to abuse the website, scrape or systematically reproduce website content without authorization, conduct fraudulent activities, impersonate another person, or otherwise use the website in violation of applicable law.
Micky Money reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, business or other users.
24. Intellectual Property
The Micky Money name, logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, layout and other original content displayed on the website are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by VRV Enterprises/Micky Money or the relevant rights holder.
You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with using the Micky Money website and purchasing products.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Micky Money's proprietary website content without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted under applicable law.
Third-party product names, brands, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
25. Third-Party Services
Micky Money relies on various third-party services to operate its online store and fulfil customer orders. These services may include payment providers such as PhonePe and Cashfree, logistics and delivery services such as Shiprocket, website technology providers, analytics providers, communication services and marketing platforms.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
While we select service providers with reasonable care, Micky Money does not control the independent operations, systems or policies of third-party service providers.
This does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
26. Promotions and Communications
By creating an account and providing your contact information, you agree that Micky Money may contact you regarding your account, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, security matters and other transactional or service-related matters.
Where you have provided the required consent, we may also contact you about promotional offers, products, discounts and other marketing communications.
You may opt out of promotional communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Opting out of promotional communications will not necessarily stop essential transactional communications required to complete or support your orders.

28. Fraud Prevention and Suspicious Transactions

Where required or permitted by law, we may provide relevant information to payment providers, financial institutions, law enforcement authorities or other appropriate parties for fraud prevention or investigation.
29. Force Majeure
Micky Money will make reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligations to customers. However, we will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, courier or logistics interruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, infrastructure failures, supplier disruptions, acts of third parties or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
This provision does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Micky Money will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a mandatory statutory right, that right will continue to apply regardless of any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions.
31. Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are intended to establish the terms under which Micky Money operates its online store and provides products to customers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or override rights or remedies that are available to consumers under applicable Indian laws, including applicable consumer protection legislation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
32. Changes to These Terms
Micky Money may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, technology, policies or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the Micky Money website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Your continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Micky Money will take the appropriate steps.
33. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and any jurisdiction that may be available to a customer under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or transactions made through Micky Money shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
Nothing in this clause is intended to prevent a consumer from approaching a competent consumer forum, authority or court where such right is available under applicable law.
